At Nephy, your financial privacy is our highest priority. This policy outlines how Nephy handles your data. To sum it up: we do not collect, store, or sell any of your personal financial information.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

Because Nephy operates serverless, we do not require you to create an account or sign up to use the app. As the Nephy team, we do not have access to, collect, or store any of the following details:

• Your income, budgets, expenses, or transactions.
• Your custom categories, keywords, or tags.
• Any third-party personal details or contact lists.

2. How Your Data is Stored

Nephy uses Apple's native database technologies to store and synchronize your budget data securely:

• Local Storage: All budgets, categories, and expenses are saved directly on your iOS device via local database frameworks (SwiftData).
• iCloud Sync: Your data is securely backed up in iCloud and synchronized automatically across all your own Apple devices.

Only you can access your data. The Nephy team has no keys or means to access your iCloud storage.

3. Third-Party Services & Analytics

Nephy does not contain any advertising SDKs, third-party analytics libraries, or external trackers. The app runs completely within Apple's secure ecosystem and relies exclusively on Apple's standard operating system APIs.

4. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted directly on this page and the app. Your continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of these terms.
